Cold air infiltration below driver seat?

Took a short road trip yesterday in temps just above freezing. It was a nice sunny day. At first, the car is very comfortable with the thermostat set to auto and 70 degrees. But after about 45 minutes, my lower body was feeling cold. After feeling around with my fingertips, it seems cold air seeps in below the driver's seat, about where the controls are. Anyone else notice this? 2018 Model S75D. Could it be an assembly issue, or is that just the way it is?

Unsure what year car you have, but I have a 2012 and I've noticed this for a while. I think it's coming from beneath the center screen as since I had the center console put in, I notice I mainly feel it coming from the console when I have the drawer open. Closing the drawer stops the cold.
