Collision Center - Tucker GA

A new Tesla service collision center is under construction east of Atlanta at:

2110 Tucker Industrial Rd
Tucker, GA 30084

This is in a light industrial area just south of Stone Mountain Freeway (78), off Mountain Industrial Road. This was reported by someone in the local Tesla owners group, and he noted that Tesla is specifically calling it a "collision center", and someone else confirmed it. So I've titled this thread accordingly, instead of "service center".

That's three new service facilities in metro Atlanta in one month! (Briarcliff, Fayetteville, Tucker). Looks like, a full decade in, Tesla is finally investing in service, many years after the Great Disingenuator said they were tooootally going to be the best in service, and everyone took him at his word

Looks like they are open now and I can see them in the app. I have an appointment next week.

I had an appt. with them. I didn't end up leaving the car there for the repairs. Very different experience compared to the Marietta location (which is no longer open to the public BTW, they are now only servicing fleet vehicles).

RE: Tesla Collision in Tucker GA - I brought my 3 up there earlier this month, they removed my cracked window and did not replace it, weather being stormy, my car flooded. Wonder why they would remove it with out planning on immediately replacing it? Or, if they were planning to replace it later, why not pull it into the shop and keep it safe from the elements as I called and asked them to? Worse, days later, it's still not fixed. They then removed my bumper and trunk lid and of course it rained again, 4" of rain accumulated in my trunk while sitting on their property. Crystal, the receptionist has quit answering my calls. My messages on the app and phone calls are no longer being answered and voicemail to Josh, my service rep are being ignored. My car was also driven off the property for a whole day without my consent. I was on my app checking on my car's status and noticed it was at someone's residential home. I called and of course no answer. Save the headache and bring your investment to a caring and professional shop.
