Collision Repair Shop needed in SoCal

I am very sad to say that I got in a car wreck yesterday with my new MY and need to find a good Colisión Repair shop in SoCal, preferably in Orange County.

The work isn’t minor a I was T-boned on the right rear door and it crumbled my door and wheel and all air bags deployed on the right side of the car. Tesla sent me their list of recommended shops but I am wondering if it is best to tow it to the Tesla Collision shop in Pomona that is farther far away and outside of Orange County.

Any recommendations are appreciated!

why did the rear sag down so much? Or are we just seeing the plastic trim. Good no signs up battery coolant under it. Looks to be about $20k for repair.

All is well no injuries and no clue why the pics look funky, the wheel and door are bent in and the door and hatch are misaligned, so no change there, ha!


Back to my question though, any recommendations for a good collision repair shop in Orange County or near by?

There are 2 bodyshops in Northern San Diego County accredited by Tesla.
1. Chris Amato's Body Werks in Oceanside, near the airport.
2. Caliber Collision in Carlsbad, next to the Toyota service center.
I am told #2 has better prices.

I’m sorry this happened to you. I had a S a few years back that had less visual damage that was totaled. Don’t be surprised if the insurance totals your car.

On a positive note those wheels are cool Are they the 20”?

When my Model S got in a fender bender a year ago, I think Tesla Service tried to send me to Pomona as well. Much closer to home is Prestige Auto Collision, a Tesla certified repair shop in Mission Viejo. There is an Enterprise Rental facility next door, which made the whole experience very convenient and all covered by insurance. I felt that they did a very professional job with the repair. It seemed like they knew what they were doing, and the car is back to good as new. Good luck with your repair, and very glad to hear that you're doing OK.
