Competent Tire Places in Ottawa ON

I am looking for competent tire location in Ottawa Ontario Canada to get winters priced and installed on our 2014 S85. Kai Tire quoted us for Hakkas and I was planning on going there. That is, until I called today and the guy I spoke to sounded completely clueless about Tesla. "Ah, a Tesla? Not sure about those", (the guy before him said they like to take their time with Tesla (about an hour)), then he proceeded to say they its too heavy for their hoist so they will need to do it on the ground. Yikes. Confidence not so high right now. Anyone know of a place here that is tried and true for price/service/reliability? We were thinking of putting winters on our OEM rims and getting new rims in spring for the summers.
