Computer failure - car not waking from sleep

This happened to me the day after I picked up a brand new MIC m3. I was about to drive my parents out for lunch, but the screen was black and didn't respond to anything. I didn't know about all the reset procedures at that point, but walking about 50 metres away from the car then back again seemed to help wake it up again and it hasn't happend again since.

Had this happen once, stopped off for 5 minutes, then on return and opening the door I could see the screen was on but it then blanked out, no reset combinations worked and was on phone to Tesla after 5 minutes and it managed to reboot itself. This is once in 18 months so although annoying not a considerable problem overall although I did experience a couple of blank screens whilst driving.
