Dont know where to begin I started having issues with constant rebooting, including while driving now I have uncontrolled AC and Songs. cant lower volume Driver screen bubbling, and error message now on display Center Display Unavailable I scheduled service and they set this up as a Mobile Service? What do I have going on here? CPO warranty till 2021 and 99,000 miles currently at 80k Will both units be replaced? Driver and 17 inch unit? I also have been getting less miles per charge Thanks
What version firmware are you on. We appear to be seeing this error in cars after the recent firmware update on cars with good and wore out memory chips.
Could easily be your MCU1 crapping out. But that's the general purpose answer for all of those problems. My SC starts all appointments as mobile and changes to the Service Center if necessary. Some battery degradation is normal, though sudden drops are unusual. Ask them to replace the IC display.
Car has been with Tesla Since Tuesday morning Bubbles on Drivers panel are not covered Trying to diagnose MCU issue They stated they are going to clean the cache out and run diagnostics on MCU Would give me update on Wednesday afternoon, now Friday No update, left message again to see where they are at
Following for update. This recently came up on my IC and the center display was frozen, but a MCU reboot fixed it. The message still shows though. I have also seen random reboots while driving, but it has not fully quit yet.
Tesla is being difficult because bubbles on displays are a well-known issue and Tesla had been replacing them under warranty with no questions asked.
This popped up on my IC this morning. 2017 July S75D with FSD computer upgrade and MCU1. Firmware 2020.24.6.11
Just got pushed 2020.32.1 and this notice appears to have gone away. I have yet to drive after the update, but it was previously persistent when opening the door to enter the vehicle, so I’m cautiously optimistic.
Got a call from service center after they closed that the car was ready. they left a message Said they replaced the Daughter Board? Did not replace the drivers screen Will go tomorrow to find out whats up Don't know why they could not update me while the car was there

Ugh, just got the same “center display not available”. It was alternating with the “pleas wait while vehicle system powers up”. I did a reset and it woke up. Everything appeared to be working but “center display not available” stayed on the whole drive. I did one quick stop and hoped that the message would be gone when I started up again. Nope, still there. I did a 4 finger reset when I got home. I’m hoping it recoverers, but I’m afraid I might be in the same boat. 75D, Dec 2017 build, MCU1, AP 2.5. S/W 2020.24.6.11
“Center display unavailable” showed up yesterday morning and stayed up all day. MCU booted up just fine. No issues. Same with cluster screen. No issues. So I called and made appointment. Tesla remote diagnostics called and diagnosed as a possible firmware glitch. It is a new message It’s believed to be notifying erroneously. Late last night it has gone away for me. Firmware 2020 24 6 11.
still in shop new update have to replace the connectivity board now this has been ordered and tesla is waiting for it to be delivered
