Concerns with this tire?

Was working through some fender rubbing issues and saw some damage to one tire. It is on the outside of the tread, not on the sidewall. Would you be concerned about this?

None of us are likely tire experts, but that looks like it was pretty gently rubbed off, which I assume it was if it didn't tear up your car.
Given that it's not structural damage to the tire, and just the simple removal of some rubber, I don't see how this isn't like driving on the tire.
I mean, you can literally order "tire shaving" for race tires.
I'd send it, even on a track.
