What I'd give to go back and be able to edit that to "loss". :-D

I don't think there is necessarily any loss of jobs, they are just shifted from the dealers to the manufacturers.

And then the dealer's profit margin goes to the manufacturer. Most people don't understand the compelling economics of the manufacturer pocketing the dealer's profit margin while providing a better customer experience.
