Confirmation on options for 19" wheels (9.5 width)

I'm switching out the 19" Gemini wheels for Replika R241s (mainly as I don't like the look of the silver trims on the midnight grey paint).

I've read lots of threads on wheel/tire combinations and want to make sure that I'm making the right decision.

So, the question is what tire size options work on 19" wheels?
255-45
275-40 (does this size fit without any rubbing?)

Anything else that should be considered?
