Confused about Michelin PA4 winter tires for SR+

its my first winter with my Tesla M3 SR+ with the 19 inch wheels...

The local tires installator (recommended by the Tesla Service center here in Montreal) is offering MICHELIN PA4 (235/40-R19) but Michelin website states that "This tire does not fit your vehicle" (Pilot® Alpin® PA4™ with 2019 Tesla Model 3 Base selected)

Any recommendation ?

Could it be the Load index: 92 for the Michel vs 96 for the OEM tires ?

Yes, load index. For comparison, I run Pilot Sport 4S in summer and the load rating is technically under the OEM spec. Anything over 90~ should be ok.
