Connecting existing speakers, SR+

I have read all the threads I could find on how to convert the SR+ audio system to the "premium" version. Most of my questions have been answered and I have decided to:

Connect the two rear deck speakers and not worry about the ones in the A pillar and I will install the OEM sub and hook that up. So here are the questions that are still unanswered:

1. Where would I hook the speakers up for signal? Rear deck speakers to the rear door speakers, the sub to the subs in the front door?

2. Do I just tap the wires? Do I need a signal to RCA adapter or an amp with that feature built in?

3. If I get the OEM sub and the OEM rear amp, is there a harness available to connect it to the existing wiring or should I just use a purchased amp for the sub and the rear deck speakers?

Thanks everyone..

Rob
