Connectivity - Work Phone & iPod

Hi TMC

I have a media player issue.

I have all my songs on an iPod (I prefer to keep my phone space for apps / photos). But I'd also like to connect my work phone to Bluetooth for calls, so as a default iPod is plugged in (unless anyone has any other suggestions); which isn't ideal as there is no playlist functionality via USB.

Advanced users: Any advice? I'd like to have iPod connected with playlist connectivity; whilst also connecting Bluetooth to my work phone.

Tesla doesn’t have iPod control over USB on the main screen. You can either stream music over Bluetooth) from an iPod (I think the iPod touch is the only one 5at includes Bluetooth) or forgo the iPod altogether and just dump all your music on a USB thumb drive, which would allow you to use the Tesla interface.

Sorry mate but you need to move with the times and have a iPhone that does it all. What you need to do is learn about Apple's iCloud and Siri.

Thanks for the reply guys. I'll investigate the USB Option.

I do have an iPhone but I also have a separate work phone, so unfortunately media and phone calls will always be on 2 separate devices
