Connectivity

I park three stories underground. I don’t expect to get reception down there but when I pull out onto the street my wifi and LTE don’t connect for upwards of 5 mins or longer. Often times the display says my wi-if is off. I know it isn’t just bad reception because my phone regains connectivity in about 30 seconds when I get to street level. Am I supposed to be doing something to keep wifi and/or LTE active?

Nah this happens to me all the time after I leave the gym parking garage. Sounds like it tires for so long and then gives up and waits longer and longer for the next try.
