So, I'm a week in to the delivery wait, and I'm a bit disappointed *(realistic expectaions: 1. Telsa is trying to maximize new deliveries to end this quarter- so I understand that CPO delivery isn't priority). Really un-smooth hand off from the CPO Pre Owned advisor to the Delivery Specialist. Looks like the DS didn't even read the email with the purchase details from the Pre owned rep. I then had gotten an email from my lender saying I was approved, and to CC the DS the details. Tthe DS emailed me mid week last week to give me some details and told me to fill out my tesla profile (it had already been done). The information there was incorrect. Then Friday the DS emailed that they would call me Friday afternoon to go over the trade in process and what I needed to do for that. Afternoon came and went... no call. I had decided to reach out on the phone today to inquire about what I needed to do about my trade and was told I'd get an email today with the steps I need to do. As of this writing -7:22pm- nothing. I had asked as an aside in an email reply on Thursday is they knew if my car was on a truck to the delivery location yet. Not pushy. Just wondering. I know it will have to go through the checklist once it gets to my delivery location. I'd asked about that today on the phone too- I'll check and get back with you this afternoon. Seriously, I get what is at stake this month/ quarter at Tesla. But for the love of pete...just be honest, don't offer that your are going to do something and then don't... twice. I guess there is something else that is bugging me too; had a conversation with a current S owner that I don't really know and they were such a snob toward me because I'm getting a CPO and not getting the brand new dual motor, AP, blah, blah, blah...I know,I know... I chopped down my money tree in the back yard a couple of years ago to buy the money printing machine in my basement, but i just cant seem to get the paper right- (where did I file that butt hurt form anyway). Well thanks for entertaining my rant- this delayed gratification thing is just under my skin today.
