Considering to open a legal case vs Tesla UK.

The legislation defence is a red herring. FSD is still only Level 2 driver assistance at the end of the day - we do that now with Autopilot. Tesla didn’t promise unsupervised driving and they didn’t sell it with a caveat that said ‘subject to UK law changing’.

Ì think it depends on what you take as "Tesla never said..."

Musk certainly has said numerous times that Robotaxi (which is driverless) would be here by now, the onl;y caveats is regulatory approval and yet we know they've not done 1 miles at level 3 or above and asked for consideration and we're rapidly heading for 2022. It's worth also noting Tesla have confirmed that Musks tweets hold the same equivalence as a formal press release from the company and require legal approval from the company.
