Consistent slow charging at certain superchargers

At the supercharger close to Schiphol Amsterdam, I get consistent slow charge speeds. When plugging in it might start at 50kW, but the speed will quickly go down to 44kW and lower.

When I ask other drivers, they tell me their cars charge much faster.

I just made a road trip through Germany and there I had charge speeds up to 700km/h.

Can it be that the speed is throttled for some reason?

The electricity is shared with other drivers, in pairs as I have heard. So going to a stall which has its "pair" empty will get a faster charge rate.

Experiencing slow supercharger charging in southern CA San Clemente. Not sharing and few other cars. Rate is 30-32kw. Not always slow, but no rhyme or reason as to when this happens.
