We all know how touchy the front center console lid is; getting to to shut and stay shut takes a deft hand.
However, mine will no longer shut at all; it looks like it fails to go down all the way - there are a couple millimeters left to travel.
My suspicion is that something has fallen into one of the slots containing the hinges for the lid, and is blocking it from full travel.
Is removing the lid, so I can check/clean it out fairly simple? I've found YT videos on removing the side trim and metal frame around the console (for running USB wires), but not specificaly on removing the lid.
