Kenriko has some very reasonably priced kits available off Amazon if you were interested in DIY:

Got mine at abstractocean - not difficult to do yourself and they even have how-to videos on their site.

i got mine from abstractocean.com and it was very easy to install, took maybe less then 5 minutes and it was cut cleanly and not like the issues people from rpmtesla.com were having with what looks like freehand cuts for the cupholder curves.

I had mine shipped to and forwarded from Niagara Falls, NY via crossborderpickups.ca. My matte black turned out really well. And I like that they send two copies of the piece covering the cup holders.
