Constant dropouts with AM Radio Stations using FM HD2 in LA

Had my MP3D+ since December 2019. Car has been rock solid with the exception of constant dropouts of AM Radio equivalents of KNX 1070 News and AM 570 Sports Radio under FM HD2 in the Los Angeles Area. Other than the fact that it sporadically works and drops out regularly it does not appear to be location specific. When driving usual common routes one day it will work and another day it won't. Regular FM Radio stations are solid and don't drop out. Have not had Tesla Service look at it since I'm not sure they would be able to replicate it.

Any suggestions? Should I just have Tesla check it?

The 2 AM Radio Stations I mentioned also broadcast on the FM HD2 Band. I am fully aware there is no AM Radio on the Model 3.
