Constant high pitch electronic whine, even when parked

I think I'm experiencing this same sound on my 2022 Model S LR with software version v11.0 (2022.28.2 199fb0c76826)

Mine disappeared with an update a week or so ago.

This issue resolved itself with the next software update.

I’m disappointed that I spent two trips to the Tesla service center due to this issue. Both times I was told it was normal and that I shouldn’t be complaining.

I’m disappointed that the Tesla service techs were not proactively informed or able to look up this issue to determine it was a known issue.

I'm disappointed that the service techs told me that "if the computer doesn't say something is wrong, then nothing is wrong, and the is nothing to fix." I would really hope that the service techs would be given more trust and autonomy to diagnose issues.
