Constant power from mic grill

Another dashcam install here. Just wondering if I can connect my blackvue directly to that power source or do I have to use a fuse. I have a 2017 model S 90D.

I found the male connector (housing and terminal) that makes up the matching mate to the female 4 position 3 wires used connector behind the speaker grille. The male housing even has the little bevel step that insures it aligns correctly as it connects. (No more need for computer fan power extension connectors.)
