Constant Tesla Notifications for those that delayed Delivery

I delayed my MY until Jan2021. Tesla were great about it...until now.

Anyone else getting these texts? I got my second one for this month, asking, 'Hey, you want your car yet? Look at the great stuff people are saying about it.' This is a real shift in Tesla's attitude. Tesla - if you're reading this - these constant texts don't help you or me. For a confident company that has never needed to advertise these texts make you look a little desperate. Knock it off - it doesn't suit you.

I believe in the company; love what Elon has done. I'll get the car when the time is right.

In the meantime, please sort out the QC issues

I haven't received any texts from Tesla after notifying my delivery advisor that I was delaying my delivery. In fact, I didn't receive a reply that they received my request and had acted on it until I sent a follow-up email just to confirm.

First we complain they don't communicate enough. Then we tell them they are texting us too much lol

I delayed mine until January as well but have not received any texts after the "Tesla Update - Thank you for your response! We have updated your account accordingly for you Model Y order."

It may have to do with the configuration becoming available. Mine is Blue/White/LR AWD/No FSD.
