Constantly changing regen braking (since FSD enabled)

On Christmas eve, my Y updated to 2021.44.25.6 enabling FSD...Yay right? Not quite...

Despite moderate temps the last couple days I keep getting the warning "Regenerative braking temporarily reduced". Can't say I notice much actual change but if it's not a bug then it's pretty dangerous to keep adjusting the braking power of regen during a drive.

Mine has been doing it more and more since I got it in mid Nov but I figured it was the lower temps here in NE and changing my charge setting to 85 vs 65.
It does not seem to be a safety issue for me other than using the breaks slightly more than before.
