Who sent you the quote? The person who did mine also sent a couple of links that had fill ins about your home's power setup that also needed some pictures. When all done, he passed me on to the next phase person. But that person is disappointing. She sent me an email, I responded 3 times, called her and she couldn't find her own email, let alone mine. Bummer.
Don't email Tesla. (Well, being pedantic, sure, go ahead and email them, but I'd only leave it of the form "This is to document the phone call we had on .... and thank you and so forth". Don't expect them to respond to an email, because they never or almost never will.)
