Contact at Tesla Energy for powerwalls

Wondering if someone would share the email of the person they dealt with to have powerwalls installed by Tesla. I received a quote some months ago and cannot get a response from Tesla, I have some questions I need to ask about the install. I’m in Northern California and if you were happy with your contact I would appreciate their name and email.

Good to know, thanks. I dealt with a Michael in Los Vegas for phase one. The phase two person is not instilling confidence.
She couldn't find the email she sent to me. Good thing I called her after 3 emails and no response.

Who sent you the quote? The person who did mine also sent a couple of links that had fill ins about your home's power setup that also needed some pictures. When all done, he passed me on to the next phase person. But that person is disappointing. She sent me an email, I responded 3 times, called her and she couldn't find her own email, let alone mine. Bummer.

It came from Tesla, the person who called me is not answering my emails.

Don't email Tesla. (Well, being pedantic, sure, go ahead and email them, but I'd only leave it of the form "This is to document the phone call we had on .... and thank you and so forth". Don't expect them to respond to an email, because they never or almost never will.)

Call them.

They used to respond to emails.

They stopped responding to emails years ago. You have to call them. Repeatedly. But it's actually effective, so don't get all surly or mean on the phone; treat them well, be patient and persistent, and you'll get it done.

That's current as of 2016 to present.

I'm not saying I like it. I'm just saying how it is.
