Contact email for transfer of ownership

    Hi all,
    I've just purchased a 3 month old Model S and need to transfer the ownership to my account. I've read a number of different threads about how painful this process can be, but can't seem to find one that states the correct contact email. Can anyone help?

    My expectations of Telsa Support are pretty low already. I did try and buy a nearly new car off their website, but nobody got back to me after making several enquiries.

    I emailed them 3 weeks ago to change my email address and have not heard anything since...

    Thanks Adam, I'll give that a go. It seems odd there is no defined protocol or service arrangement to speed up this process.

    Secondly phone them and tell them you lost your keys as they can't sort it until the transfer is done...
