New Model Y owner and I have a question about issues with working certain options thru your phone. When I first got the car everything worked as expected. Now I cannot get charge stats, climatize the interior, or see current range remaining yet I can open front and rear hatch and unlock the car with the phone. Has anyone run into this? I have reset my phone and the app to try and get it to work with no luck.

The f/trunk and locks are bluetooth driven but other things are API driven which means over the mobile network (at least I *believe* this to be the case). Is it possible your vehicle was in a place without mobile network accessibility? That would mean the bluetooth things work but the mobile networks ones wouldn't.
