Coolant level low warning turned on the disappeared

Had a front end accident a few months ago, replaced front bumper, radiator and cooling fan. just got the car back last night. This morning when shifting to R, the low level coolant warning came on and said refill, HVAC and performance maybe be reduced

It went away a few minutes later and stayed off for the rest of the drive (10/15 minutes)

Called Tesla and they said to call back if it turns on again

Should I just go and have them look or was it just a hiccup?

ANY low coolant warning should be taken very seriously. The system is complex and can't handle low coolant w/o risk to damage. It's possible after your repair that the level isn't full, as the system sometimes has air pockets that need to work out, and the air moving around might have triggered the coolant warning.

To see your coolant level, learn how to remove the upper plastic cover in the frunk. There are 8-10 plastic clips holding it, simply lift vertically, gently but firmly, starting at one end. Gradually lift and you'll hear each clip releasing. For installation, be careful on the fender edges, the plastic cover needs to slide into the slotted clip.

You can easily see the coolant tank. Adding coolant requires a longneck funnel. Coolant is available at most auto parts stores, make sure you get the right one. It's a good thing to keep on hand. In my experience, any coolant system might need a cup or two of added coolant over time.

It could be air bubbles trapped in the coolant loop. When the coolant loop is broken, repaired any air bubbles need to be evacuated from the system. It sounds like Tesla did not fully remove all of the air bubbles.
