Cooling Seat Cover for MY? (To combat back sweat)

The back brace seems to be working for my upper back pain, so now I'm focusing on problem with my back being so sweaty in our MYLR's seat back, yes even at this time of year. Any suggestions are welcome for maybe gel seat covers, but the ones I've found are too thick. I don't need seat heaters, I need seat coolers.

I tried this one, but it didn't help. I need something perforated.
