I was swapped over to a new rep, who’s giving me completely different info.
I started this process back when the referral gave you an extra 5 years of warranty. It took the first rep so long to get back to me(intentionally?) that the referral program ended. He said he’d look into getting it added and also about a price adjust.
This new gal I have is telling me, prices are fixed and they are what they are. There’s no negotiation. Also that there’s no way I’ll get the extra 5 years because the program has ended and there’s no way for them to add it.
I just want to ask, if people have had success getting them to drop the price down from the initial estimate.
