CPO agent AWOL, how should I proceed?

I spoke to a CPO rep a few weeks ago and he gave the rundown on how things work.

Yet, since then, I have not been able to make contact by text or email.

Although I would prefer the help of someone who has access to vehicles I can not see on the CPO page, and could use some guidance, I am considering just placing a $1000.00 deposit hold on a vehicle that closely matches my desired config and price.

Do you think by pulling the trigger with the deposit, I can expect to hear from someone to close he deal?

Or can I expect the same lack of response?

I think that is the norm with Tesla, no one to talk to! It took me a little bit to contact my guy (Brent Spreavey). If you can't talk to your person, contact their team. I am in the process of buying a CPO and I had to make contact with them (numerous times) to get the ball rolling.

I've been having the same experience with CPO. When I got a response, it was several days later and the car typically would have been sold by then. Finally started tracking cars using EV-CPO website and ordered online. Had to use my work PC as I couldn't get the website to accept an order from my iMac using either firefox or Safari (missed that car...). Past the three week mark and they haven't transported it. The delivery specialist has not volunteered any information - he will respond a day or two later when I ask for an update. I'm expecting the delivery will happen around the 5 week mark. Perhaps I should say I'm hoping...

Wow! I thought it was just me. Feel really frustrated emailing them and asking questions and nobody answer.

A month's subscription (less than $10) to EV-CPO was well worth it. You can see some historical information on sales and set it up to send you a notification when a new car appears in the database (based on general configurations or specific options - very customizable). After several weeks of watching desirable cars sell within a day, I was ready and put my $1000 deposit down within 2 minutes of getting the notification
