There are 57 cars with under 20K miles, I'll go out on a limb and say 90% of those are like new so I wouldn't worry too much.

I have gotten multiple loaners with <20k miles and can confirm they do not take care of them

CPO/Used do NOT qualify for the tax break but if you get a CPO Model X, then you can qualify for the federal 100% business use deduction (not available on S).

I think we will see more of these dumps and more significant price decreases. It looks many Model 3 reservation holders have Model S and they will keep trading in. Late third and most fourth quarters will be fun to watch with many dumps.
