CPO coverage vs buying Extended warranty coverage

Hello,

I am about to buy the a 2013 model S with the 4/50k warranty and pickup will be hopefully next week. I wanted to know if someone can tell me if there is any difference between coverage on the cpo warranty vs ESP that you can buy once the original warranty expires: my questions are:

What is covered? My bmw cpo was only powertrain which scared me if something else went wrong..( electronics, rattles, various parts breaking)

Is there a deductible for the repairs? my friend said when he inquired to add the extended warranty on his it was 200 per repair. Is this the same for CPO?

The cpo warranty is more like the original warranty. No deductibles.

Not clear if you are asking this, but I think you can't buy an extended warranty for a cpo car.

I don't know about nuisance issues like squeaks and rattles.
