CPO Experience right before policy change

Hello everyone I just took delivery back in the tail end of March for my CPO S90D in Titanium Metallic! I love the car and the dealing with Tesla has been so far pretty decent. It had 38k miles with the premium int and sub zero packages. Vehicle was delivered very clean inside and it seemed like it was detailed outside. Delivery advisor was awesome the STL SC seems like they're overworked takes a few mins to get a hold of the person that will help you.

I will admit the excitement got the best of me I generally pay closer attention to the condition of the vehicle before signing off on it.

I've got a few things that I've needed to visit the SC for warranty which leads me to wonder since it was right before the policy change, did they not decide to refurbish it all the way?

Obviously reached out to the Specialist I worked with via e-mail last week and no response.

Warranty work so far:
I had the right rear door handle replaced at the first SC visit and another one needed to be oiled up a bit as it made noise when it was extending. I'm waiting on a seat base as my driver side seat moves on harsh regens.

Condition of the vehicle and/or accessories:
I noticed a few things like some curb rash and some small trim scratches on the driver side maybe from a large ring or something. Also have some small scratches on the trunk lid and around the left side rear door and scratches on the windows. Rear windows have the vertical lines on the outside, which I didn't notice until I got them tinted. :(

Overall condition is good for the age and mileage of the vehicle but if I'd known they weren't going to refurbish I would have requested photos first.

I should note nowhere on the listing when I was searching for the vehicle and after I placed the deposit did it mention they would not refurbish the vehicle so I'm wondering what exactly do they typically refurbish?

I'll update the post with pictures once the storm passes. :)

Obviously not as bad as some CPO experiences but definitely not "reconditioned" I was going through my emails and saw the sales advisor mention a reconditioning process so here we are.

So far I've e-mailed the said sales advisor, no response. I emailed the local delivery specialist from the STL service center, no response. I escalated last night through my tesla account and got a response from someone in the Netherlands who will be forwarding the information back to the STL service center. Merry go round :)

I forgot to mention a roof mount clip was broken when I took delivery. Service center replaced the whole applique on the roof to fix that. Mainly the photos will show a failure to do a proper paint correction on the edges of the hood and trunk lid.
