Cpo finance question

I’m in the final days before I’m supposed to get my car. Just now hearing from my finance company (who is out of state) that they need wording in the contract that says Tesla will handle the lien paper work and titling. Anyone whose gotten a cpo in Cali, does the final contacts have that in it?

Its been a year, but poor communication was the norm for me. Had to get my financing commitment extended because Tesla didnt get the papers to the lender (their partner lender) on time. The loan guy just gave a shrug and said it was typical.

I encourage you not to wait. Call, email, text anyone involved at Tesla
