CPO for $37K?

I am constantly scouring Ev CPO for my NEXT tesla, and thirty minutes ago found a P85 for $37,000! Since gone, but what do you all think about these high mileage two year warranty CPO's coming up?
Glad I got my four year, 50K warranty CPO 18 months ago; no problems, just good piece of mind. Love, love, love the car! Bravo, Elon!

they still offer cars with 4k/50yr

the 2yr/max 100k is just to appeal to more customers and also another way for them to slash prices/move inventory or higher mileage cars

personally i think if the value is right, i would buy either one.

It really surprises me that Tesla wouldn't unlock the battery capacity and resell it as an S60 for their own profit.

Me, too. Apparently they aren't unlocking the battery on S40s any more, and there was a discussion on never seeing them any more, making it seem like they unlock to S60 by default. Who knows? What I do know is that S40 buyer got a stellar car at a terrific price that will either never worry about battery degradation, or should 3rd party hacks get to the point of ICE chiptuning they'll have one of the lowest price S60s I've seen yet. I'd have snatched up that car just to have another one as a spare at that price!

The S40 can not supercharge - that ruins so much of the CPO value.

Tesla should unlock these cars and make them usable

I think that a CPO has to be equal to the Maroney sticker specs when they sell it.

Why? They wouldn't remove the 60 unlock if someone had paid for it.
