CPO Help

Hi All! First post here. I am looking for a little help with the CPO process. I have been watching Tesla's site for a month now for a Model X. I'm setup on ev-cpo for notifications about ones that fit my wants. I am ready to pull the trigger but so far it has been pretty hard to get any information on a listing. I have called headquarters multiple times, one rep was really helpful on one model I was looking at (has now sold), but the other 3 reps haven't had a clue how to help get pictures on CPO cars.

I've requested callbacks on the website about specific cars but have never gotten one. The rep at tesla that took us on a test drive basically abandoned us as soon as we decided to do CPO over new. I'm sure there is no commission for him on CPOs.

Anyways, I see people talk about finding CPO specialists (posts are over a year old though). I have now talked to 3 stores on the phone and they all say they do not handle CPOs and I have to use the website. Can anyone give advice on how to get connected with someone that would actually be a resource on finding out more info on CPOs when they come up. It is annoying to call headquarters to wait 30 minutes and get someone that has no clue how to get more information.

Each show room should have a dedicated used vehicle representative that you could call/email for pictures of the vehicles. Don't call the 1-888 number, you will just wait 30 min until they pick up the phone and tell you that they will need to connect you to a local rep.

If you need a contact, let me know I'll PM the email/phone number.

A contact would be awesome. I’ve talked to 3 stores (la Jolla, brea and Buena Park) and they all say you have to use the website and request a call. Thanks!!

When we bought ours off of ev-cpo (new, great discount), we called the number from the website after you click on the VIN. We never asked them to send us pictures, though. If you're looking at new, they all look the same. If you are looking at used ones, I have a feeling you have to call the showroom where the car is located. We're in Virginia, and ours was in Chicago. We ended up picking it up in NC because Richmond didn't have a showroom yet.

Yes, I’m looking used CPO. I got a rep that called me today and I think he is going to be super helpful. The used cpos aren’t at showrooms. They are at random service centers.

The new inventory cars don’t seem like much of a discount. It seems like they assume since you can get them quickly you only need to save $500 or so off msrp.

I've been eyeing a few there as well. What are you looking for? We are thinking about selling our 75D to get the 100D. It's a seven seater.
