hey I’m thinking about getting a CPO model S and wondering what to expect.
Is the 2500 down still required? On a CPO or is that only part of a new car as the CPO car will be on the lot.
The model S 75 is a 2016 model and I’m looking at has ~22k miles and going for $49,600.
From my understanding the miles don’t really matter too much outside of normal wear and tear on exterior (tires, brakes...etc) as there is no engine...and being there are Tesla’s going over 300-400k miles now at 30-40% battery degradation (meaning the matter is only 60-70% efficient as it was new).
Anyways this is going to be my first car and I really want a model S my question is how much would I need to have upfront on day of purchase to get this car? I make roughly 5k a month after taxes in Cali...no living expense (family left me their home, rented rooms relatively cheap to close friends to cover basic expenses such as internet,water/power etc) my only expense is buy food out and maybe hookah flavs lol...
Really appreciate the help! I’m not the brightest apple when it comes to buying things so I wanted to come here and get advice from people who have experienced it first hand.
