CPO or Non-Tesla Dealer Cars?

Looks like we have a couple Teslas for sale locally by a private seller and an non-Tesla dealer. The non-Tesla car dealer says that the full warranty is still available on the Tesla.

Whats your take on this option? Is it better to go with a CPO car, and is a Tesla sold by some random dealer (or private party) going to have a non recognized warranty?

I would be more wary of buying a tesla from a traditional car dealer than buying from an owner privately.
in any case I would recommend that you have it inspected by tesla before purchasing it. at the minimum you should get the VIN# and call tesla and see if they'll release any info on the car that they have.
