BTW sent you a PM. If you do go with the Model S and need a referral code, let me knowThanks for info...I think based on reading forums looks like best to wait to see what happens this week with pricing and timing of a P3D and then go from there.
75D for sure.
better built
nearly same 0-60 after the uncork
AP 2.5 has more potential
MCU new noted
newer fascia and modern look
wait one week to be able to compare to M3PD
The only thing going for AP1 vs AP2 at this point is less nags. Older MCU almost being as fast is like saying the 75D uncorked is almost as fast a P100D. Not going to happen. Why would you want an older MCU that has been sitting out in the sun for 3yrs and who knows if it is going to delaminate at any moment? One thing going for the P85 is a real windshield wiper sensor rather than using cameras to detect rain.If you can find a fully loaded pre-April 2015 P85D Ludicrous in good condition, I'd recommend that over a new 75D. AP1 is still "better" than AP2. Pre-April 2015 P85Ds have the Performance Plus suspension. Some P85Ds have the NextGen rear seats which look nicer and have better side bolstering than the current seats. Other P85Ds have the executive rear seats. MCU1 running software 2018.16 or newer is almost as fast as MCU2. LTE can be retrofitted. Premium center console can be retrofitted so the interior looks the same as or better (Alcantara on the dash which has since been discontinued) than the current Model S.
