CPO Tesla Shipping/Delivery?

I placed an order for a used MS 85D today. It turns out it's currently in Massachusetts and I live in California. Shortly after I get a call from a sales advisor stating that they don't deliver to California and that I would have to go to New York to pick it up. Does anybody know if this is true? I was able to select the Costa Mesa delivery center for pick up in California, and I assume I'd be charged a delivery fee...

That is what I have been told as well. No delivery, no 3rd party delivery and pick up in person

Tesla stopped shipping used cars earlier in the summer.

Also I hope it's not the blue w/ tan 85D for $53,000 even... I got pictures of that car and it's beat to hell.
