Crazy letter left on my windshield over the weekend..

I was hiking in the peninsula (off skyline) this weekend and upon returning to my car saw this crazy letter on my windshield... WOW, the extent to which people go to!

I have so many questions!

Who has so much creativity and time to come up with this?

I do admire the resolve one would possess to actually print a bunch of copies out and store them in their car, only to be revealed at the right moments when Tesla owners are away from their cars.

Had this happened in my neck of the woods, I'd suspect the guy at work who threatened to buy me truck nuts for my X.
