Crazy Roadster mod

I went to the 2018 L.A. car show yesterday and there's a large room that has wild car modifications. There was a car that I was looking at without even realizing it was a modified Roadster until I saw the Placard. As you'll see, it's extensive. I don't know if it can actually drive or if instead it is 100% visual. Can you say big wheels?

There was also a highly modified Model S. Neither car was done to my liking, but I'm sure there are some folks that love them. And as a bonus, I'm including a picture from the same hall of an old car with a special paint job. Who knew naked ladies under your car hood was a thing?

What the heck...

Wondering what is/was the VIN of this Roadster? And - how did they create a custom instrument panel that works with the car...if it even runs at all?

So many questions...so intrigued...lol
