If it’s not my upper arm control then what is this creaking noise? I went to the service Center twice to get this diagnosed but issue is still not resolved. I can’t pinpoint exactly where it is coming from but it sounds like it’s above the front camera. Noise only happens went turning left and can be heard on the driver’s side only.

Below is a list of parts they replaced during my last 2 visits. I’m reaching out to the group so that maybe someone can help me point the technician in the right direction.

I am not of help on a fix at the moment, but my car does this too!!!!!!! I have a garage lift and plan to lift it and try to spin the wheel and do some things like that. One thing you do not have listed that I have wondered is a wheel bearing. Usually the wheel is kind of lose if you jack it up and wiggle it back in form, but that may be worth checking next.
