Creaking roof and rear seat area.

22 Model S manufactured in Feb of 22. The roof, and the rear seat areas are creaking so much under 20 miles that it's unbearable. My 2006 BMW M3 doesn't make all the crazy sounds. Wtf

@greentrbo95gst I have the same problem too, driving local all I hear is creaks. Just not acceptable for a car at this price. I have noises all over the back.
I have a service appointment next week, will keep you posted. Have you tried taking it in?

If you fold the rear seat down, and the "Creak" goes away, it's a known issue that often pops up after a month or two. Tesla can make a temporary fix, but it may be quicker to just do it yourself. Some owners wrap electrical tape around the "U" metal latch post as a fix (I think Tesla does the same). I stuffed some stiff foam in the "U" post to keep the seat from rattling. So far (a few weeks) it's been rattle free. No word if Tesla has a more permanent fix.

Any recent update on a fix for these issues? Mine is a 09/21 build date and has creaking roof and rear seat.

My foam fix has been solid (see above). Never had a roof creak, nor heard anyone else talk about it. Could it be a reflection of the seat creak? Fold both seats down, and if all creaking goes away, it's only the seats.
