Looks like Tesla "fixed" the loophole that allowed creep to be switched outside of being in Park via driver profiles.
Started driving this morning and realized creep was on because It was still showing my wife's driver profile (even though I unlocked and entered with my key and the seat was set to me - but that's likely a separate hiccup).
While rolling I switched to my profile and got an alert that creep can't be turned off until the vehicle is in park.
I have profiles setup for:
Normal: Creep Off / Regen Full
Snow/Ice: Creep Off / Regen Low
Wife: Creep On / Regen Full
