Traffic light control wasn’t even turned on in 2019. The car might have had “FSD”, but in 2019, there was no “beta FSD”.

It is sad that even Tesla owners/community may have difficulty do distinguish Autopilot from FSD.
Another sad thing is that this crash could be avoidable now thanks to the progress of Tesla FSD.

Traffic light control didn't come out until Spring 2020 so I would think that Tesla would have an out in the liability portion of the legal proceedings. The driver? I'd say he's about to be sent up the river.
