As the Federal Tax Credit is tied to Federal Income Tax filing and tax liability I assumed CT's rebate/credit was similarly tied to the CT State Tax 1040. I'm guessing not now as there is a program CHEAPR that provides a $3,000 incentive for Tesla Model 3. However, in the fine print the Model 3 LR AWD and Performance do not qualify because, they say, the base price is over $50,000.

I just looked at my MVPA and it CLEARLY shows the base price of my Model 3 LR AWD is $35,000, the base price of a Model 3. The options on top of that were LR battery and AWD, along with paint EAP and FSD.

Do any of you know if that is hard and fast or a misprint as the MVPA shows the base as $35,000?
