Curb damage to S?

What do you mean exactly? Hitting a curb can result in different types of damage based on so many different variables.
Driving over a parking lot curb. Such as turning too sharply when there's a curb right beside the vehicle that then curves or ends, and going up over it and down again.
Edit: My "friend" has driven his ICE CUV over a curb twice in the last six months with no consequence, and each time he wondered how much damage he would have done if he was driving an S.

Yeah I don’t see how it’s any different. The implied question seems to be “would this have facked up the battery in a model S” and the answer to that is quite likely no. The battery is quite well protected.

Suspension / tire / rim damage would be basically the same as any other large heavy car.

Agreed with above. Tesla has same steering/suspension components as any other vehicle.
So to answer your question specifically: depends on speed at which impact occurs, and how high of a curb we are talking, and angle of impact.

But if we assume 30mph, one could expect a bent alloy wheel, possible front lower bumper cover damage, and possibly damaged control arms and other suspension pieces.

If at 2mph, possibly..no damage at all.
