I haven't used any shops in NoVA, but search for "Alloy Wheel Repair". I have been very pleased with the shop in Gaithersburg.

Alloy Wheel Solutions in Chantilly are great! I have used them for rim repair as well as powder coating. They do excellent work, and they have mobile service units as well.
