I think there is only a certain amount of time after you place the order to be able to change it. I might be wrong but I think I read that somewhere on this forum.Just curious but if I don’t see the button to change my color and options of the car, does that mean I cannot do that even though I don’t have a VIN assigned?
You can always contact your nearest show room and ask for a sales advisor.
I know for me, I was expecting a call/email/ text from my assigned Sales Advisor but just called in to my nearest Tesla Showroom and they were able to find out which SA was assigned to me and had them introduce themselves.
I think if you do not have a vin yet, I dont believe you will be assigned one yet but I could be wrong
